MERCHANT HELPER
Privacy notice
Updated 6 November 2026
This notice describes how Merchant Helper handles partnership enquiries.
Your website visit
The partnership form prepares an email in your browser. It does not send its contents to a website backend, save them in local storage or subscribe you to a mailing list. Nothing is sent until you send the email through your email provider.
When you email us
We receive the name, business contact details, company information and message you choose to send. We use these to respond, assess potential partnerships and manage the resulting business relationship. Please do not include merchant records, identity documents, passwords, payment card details or bank credentials in an initial enquiry.
Services supporting this website
Vercel hosts this website and may process request information such as IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and secure the service. Google Fonts supplies the fonts and receives normal web request information when those resources load. This website does not install advertising or analytics trackers. Your email provider processes messages you send under its own terms.
Merchant introductions
We seek a merchant’s permission before sharing their information with a potential payment provider. Partnership enquiries do not authorise disclosure of another person’s information.
Retention and your choices
We retain correspondence as needed for partnership discussions, relationship administration and applicable obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing mark@merchanthelper.xyz. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements.
